The mixer is designed for the preparation of experimental control compositions from molding and core sands with pulverized, liquid and viscous additives.
The mixing operation is carried out within 2-10 minutes and depends on the constituent components that make up the mixture being prepared. At the end of the mixing time, open the hatch and unload the mixer, while the mixer must be turned on, after each mixing cycle, the mixer is cleaned of the remaining mixture in it.
The mixer is fixed to the foundation by means of fastenings on the frame.
